CHARACTERISTICS

The blend of typical whites from Brda is shown in a glass in a clear, straw yellow colour, with an aroma reminiscent of various citrus, peach and green apple. Enrich the mouth with vivaciousness, freshness and medium body. Minerality of the wine reflects the impact of the terroir on which the grapes were produced, especially of flysch giving to the wine a peculiarity.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

Do not miss our white blend in combination with veal dishes, various poultry and even lamb. Spicy fish, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses and summer fresh vegetables are also well combined with that blend. The wine have to be served at a temperature between 8 and 10 ° C.
