CHARACTERISTICS

Our red blend appears in the glass ruby coloured, with violet shades, already the colour resembles mature berry and red fruits. The smell and taste reminds of ripe cherries, mulberries and mature forest fruits. In the mouth, the wine works smoothly, pleasantly, with warm tannins and even with a taste that resembles Mediterranean spices.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

Our red blend is recommended for red meat, in combination with lighter and less spicy sauces. It is also very good with prosciutto, other dried meat products, especially salami and pancetta. Wine will not disappoint you even in combination with mature cheeses. Do not forget that this wine should be consumed at temperatures between 14 and 16 ° C.
